WAELO™ Subscription Policy
WAELO™ offers subscription purchasing on selected products.
Subscriptions are designed to provide convenient recurring delivery for products customers choose to receive regularly.
How Subscriptions Work
When you select a subscription at checkout, the selected product will be scheduled for recurring purchase approximately every 30 days, unless a different interval is specifically displayed at checkout.
The applicable subscription price and discount are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Subscription Pricing
Subscription discounts may change from time to time.
The subscription price and discount shown at the time you subscribe will govern your order, subject to applicable changes disclosed in advance.
A promotional subscription discount does not necessarily apply indefinitely to future purchases unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize WAELO™ and its payment/subscription providers to charge your selected payment method for future subscription orders according to the applicable subscription schedule.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available subscription-management portal or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future scheduled subscription orders from renewing after the cancellation has been processed.
If an order has already been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may not stop that particular order.
Skipping or Pausing
Where the subscription-management system provides skip or pause functionality, customers may use the available options through their subscription portal.
Availability of particular subscription-management features may depend on the product and subscription configuration.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, the subscription may be paused, retried, or canceled according to the applicable payment processor and subscription-management settings.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
WAELO™ may change subscription prices in the future.
Where required, customers will receive appropriate notice before a changed recurring charge takes effect.
Promotions and Sale Products
Subscription discounts and other promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Sale, clearance, promotional, or specially discounted products may have different eligibility for refunds or promotional offers.
Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to the WAELO™ Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped.
